"I had a disappointing experience with this State Farm agent. I requested a change to my auto insurance policy and was told I wouldn’t be able to see the updated rate until 30 days after the change was effective. That’s not how insurance should work. Customers deserve to know their premiums before agreeing to changes—not after they’re locked in. Withholding pricing until a month later completely removes my ability to make an informed decision. It’s like agreeing to pay for something without knowing the cost. I asked for clarification, but the explanation didn’t make sense and felt dismissive. Either this is a serious issue with how the agency is run, or it's a red flag that transparency isn't a priority. Insurance is already expensive—being denied access to basic information like your rate just adds to the frustration. I expect better from State Farm and will likely explore other providers."

He spoke in a harsh tone, interrupted constantly, and made the whole situation uncomfortable. His behavior showed a total lack of respect and maturity. Be careful when dealing with him —"
